  • Thai Traditional Massage

A sequence of deep rhythmic acupressure to muscles and Sen (energy) lines during assisted stretches and yoga-like postures, this integrated approach stimulates the body’s natural healing ability by unblocking the flow, resulting in enlivened calm with the recipient.

  • Combination Deep Tissue

A fusion between Swedish massage and structural massage, Deep Tissue Massage relieves aches and pains that are stored in the deepest parts of the muscles. Perfect for working out knots and alleviating stubborn tension and soreness.

  • Swedish Massage

Swedish massage increases the circulation of blood and lymph, which has the result of cleaning and nourishing soft tissues-the skin and muscle. It lengthens and relaxes the superficial muscles and stimulates peristalsis in the intestines.

  • Oil massage

Oil massage uses organic coconut or lavender oil that allows the therapist hands to glide over skin without friction. There are plenty of oils to choose from, but not all measure up. Some can make skin feel greasy while others go rancid quickly and take on an unpleasant smell.

  • Lomi Lomi massage

Lomi Lomi massage focuses on long seamless strokes that glide from one part of the body to another, Lomi Lomi massage can soothe the mind while easing tension in the muscles. These rhythmic, repetitive movements allow the client to fully relax during the session.

  • Thai Herbal Ball compress

The Thai Herbal Ball compress technique offers several potential health benefits: It induces deep relaxation, relieves stress and fatigue, boosts both emotional and physical well-being, assists alignment and postural integrity of the body, improves circulation of blood and lymph and stimulates the internal organs.

  • Hot Stone Massage

The Benefits of Hot Stone Massage Some people find the warmth of the hot stones to be comforting and deeply relaxing. Hot stone massage is suited to people who tend to feel chilly. It’s also suited for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work the muscles using lighter pressure.

  • Thai Foot Massage

A treatment of the lower legs and feet that involves physically stretching and massaging. There are 10 major energy lines that run throughout the body from the top of the head down to the soles of the feet, where they end as pressure points. It is these that provide a map of the whole body and the organs. By stimulating these we are able to encourage the mind and body to restore its own natural healthy balance therefore keeping the whole body harmonized.

  • Reflexology (Foot Massage)

Reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy through moving the flow of blood, nutrients and nerve impulses to ultimately improve overall health and balance. In addition to manipulating the pressure points on the foot, reflexologists sometimes work on the hands or ears to trigger relaxation as well. Reflexology therapy combines the use of hot stones and lavender gel.
